Introduction

This guide has been put together over a number of years by captains and coaches, and provides information on rowing technique and how to improve it through coaching. Part 1 gives an illustrated guide to the rowing stroke (well worth a look for everyone), while part 2 gives more details on how to coach specific aspects of rowing. Part 3 gives some notes on coaching generally, and how to get the best out of a crew.
